Shipping

How long is production time?

Every item is made to order with care and precision. Please allow 2–3 business days for production before your package ships.

What are your shipping times?

  • United States: 3–5 business days
  • Europe & Canada: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7–20 business days
    Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your pet-tastic goodies every paw-step of the way.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! We ship worldwide. Just keep in mind customs processes can add a few extra days. Tracking info will still keep you in the loop.

 

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

  • You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
  • Custom products (featuring your pet’s photo or personalized design) are non-returnable, but if something’s off, we’ll work with you to make it right.

How do I start a return or exchange?

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label (for U.S. orders) or instructions for international returns.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process a refund or replacement within 3–5 business days.
