Every items is made just for you. Crafter with care and a sprinkle of creative magic. Before we unleash your order to the world, need some time to create it's pawsome personalization. Allow 2-3 business days for Our team to their magic.

Once your order is ready, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days via trusted carriers.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! Estimated delivery times after production:
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 3–7 business days

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered, no ifs, ands, or woofs. If something’s not quite right:
- You’ve got 14 days from delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in original packaging.
- Personalized products (featuring your pet or custom designs) are non-returnable, but don’t worry—we’ll always work with you to make things right.
